AlphaWolf Basketball Club Fill-in & Forfeit Policy

 · Short of Player

If you are short of player, you must notify the Club more than 72 hours before the game time. The Club will try its best to find fill-in player for you.

· Forfeit Penalty

- If you notify the Club about short of players more than 72 hours before the game time but the Club cannot find a sufficient number of fill-in players and you have to give a walkover, you will not be required to pay any forfeit penalties, and the Club will pay any required charge in relation to the walkover to the competition organiser.

- If you give the Club a less-than-72-hour notice and have to give a walkover due to not being able to find a sufficient number of players, you will bear any forfeit penalties charged by the competition organiser.

*"You" here refers to the teams registered to and managed by the AlphaWolf Basketball Club.
