AlphaWolf Basketball Club Refund Policy

1. Once you complete the registration process on PlayHQ, no refund will be available other than for medical reasons or in special circumstances.

2. Subject to clause 5 below, if you request to withdraw your registration for medical reasons prior to 7 days before the 1st game of the season, a 50% refund will be available.  For example, if the 1st game of the season is on 26 July and you request to withdraw on or before 18 July for medical reasons, a 50% refund may be processed by the Club.

3. The Club Committee may, in special circumstances and at their sole discretion, approve a refund in any percentage or amount.  The Committee’s decision in this instance will be final.

4. The Club Committee may request supporting materials, including a medical certificate, in considering your request to withdraw.  In the event that the Committee requests supporting materials but such materials are not provided, the Committee may refuse the refund request and no refund will be available in this instance.
